SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.soft-lift.com.
1. Shipping and Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
All shipments are handled by UPS and include tracking information sent by email once the order is shipped.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
2. Shipping Areas and Costs
Soft-Lift ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Please note that shipping updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Returns and Withdrawal Right
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European consumer law.
To start a return, contact us at returns@soft-lift.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed or worn.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@soft-lift.com with photos and your order number.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Soft-Lift is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it and, if necessary, send a replacement or refund the order.
