2. Orders & Acceptance

Orders become binding once Soft-Lift confirms shipment or otherwise indicates acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Prices & Payment

• Prices are displayed in EUR (€), USD ($), and GBP (£), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments using major credit and debit cards.

• PayPal is not accepted.

• For customers outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

• Shipments are handled by UPS and include tracking information.

• Delivery times depend on the destination; customs or carrier delays may occur.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

• EU consumers have 14 days from receipt of goods to withdraw without reason.

• To start a return, email returns@soft-lift.com with your order number.

• Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Customers bear return-shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned items.

• For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned once unsealed.

Products sold by Soft-Lift are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and hidden defects as defined under French consumer law.

All content on the Soft-Lift website — texts, logos, images, graphics — is owned by or licensed to the brand.

Any reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

Soft-Lift shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
